Here are some specific ways you can agree with us through prayer. Thank you for partnering with us!
PRAY FOR THE PROCESS - Agree with us for the word to spread about our adoption through our personal connections and online. We know The Lord is working behind the scenes and is helping our social media profiles get seen and shared! May God increase our sphere of influence to reach the one person who might be connected to our future child’s expectant mom. (Ephesians 3:20, Isaiah 55:8-9, Romans 8:28, Exodus 14:14)
PRAY FOR PROVISION - Help us pray for supernatural financial provision. We trust God that every practical need and adoption related expense will be covered and funds will be supplied. (Philippians 4:19, Matthew 21:22)
PRAY FOR OUR HEARTS - Pray for us to have trust and patience in The Lord through the waiting process. That He prepares our hearts for becoming parents and equip us to raise mighty sons and daughters of God. Ultimately, we know and trust that God is at work to match us and fulfill His promises/plans/purposes for our future family. Pray for the wisdom to navigate and steward the wonderful open adoption relationship with our future child’s biological mom/parents. (Jeremiah 29:11-12, Proverbs 3:5-6, Philippians 4:6-7)
PRAY FOR MAMA - Pray for the future expectant mother, wherever she is, that she would know of God’s love for her and come to know Him personally if she doesn’t already. Pray that she would be surrounded by the practical and emotional support she needs. Pray that she would know the peace of God and hear the voice of the Holy Spirit to make the best decisions for her baby. (Isaiah 30:21, John 10:27)
PRAY FOR BABY - Pray for the health and development of our baby, that there are no external factors would hinder his/her growth or well being. Agree with us that he/she would grow up to know and walk in their God-given identity and destiny. That they would love and understand their adoption story and that God will use it as a testimony to minister to others. Pray into God’s plans and purposes for his/her life and future impact on the world! (Jeremiah 1:5, Isaiah 54:17, 3 John 1:4, Psalm 139)
